Refund policy
We like to keep things simple!
We have a 14-day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn with tags. Please include your original receipt.Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Our customer support team is available at hello@hipiproject.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items (prices marked in red).
ExchangesÂ
If you need a different size, you can exchange for the correct size at no additional shipping costs. Please start the exchange by emailing us at hello@hipiproject.com. We will send you a return label. Once the return is received and approved, we will process the new order. Please read the product pages for sizing suggestions. Some of our garments run average-to-larger in size.Â
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@hipiproject.com.
